30 DAYS RETURN

In accordance with what is stated in our Terms of Purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase made from Marshall Group within 30 days if you are not happy with your product. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we prefer that you submit a request on our website or chat with us on our website during our opening hours. You can also use this standard form for the right of withdrawal.

EXTENDED RETURNS TO 31ST JANUARY

No stress. We always have a 30 day return policy, but we are now extending it so that you can return any presents or orders until the 31st of January.

BE AWARE OF ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

We pack and ship your product the same day if you place the order on working days before 2pm and we do so also in December. We always do our very best to make sure you get your order as fast as possible and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your orders is shipped.

Our shipping partner have though warned us for potential longer delivery times, so to be really safe getting your products before the big day, make sure to place the order as soon as possible. To some addresses the delivery might now take up to 7 working days.
