How to pair
Follow the instruction below to pair your headphones with an additional Bluetooth® device.

Start with your headphones off.

Press the middle control button for 4 seconds until the LED blinks blue.

Open the Bluetooth list on your device and select adidas FWD-01.
Get the adidas Headphones app to activate more features, configure the action button and complete the setup.
Also, we recommend you set up your adidas headphones in the app. If not already installed, you can download the app below.
